Job summary

MOGAN is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement at our Türkiye head office. You will shape procurement strategy for energy and construction projects, manage supplier negotiations, and drive cost savings while coordinating with legal, finance, and project teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in procurement, with 3–5 years in management, strong English, and proven leadership in ERP-driven environments. This role requires travel flexibility and a results-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation in Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or Business/Economics
• 8–10 years procurement experience in energy/construction; 3–5 years in management
• Experience in large-scale project-based procurement, subcontracting, and contract management
• Excellent negotiation, analysis, and decision‑making skills
• Proficient in domestic and international procurement processes (import, customs, international payment terms)
• Proficient in ERP/procurement software and MS Office
• Good command of English
• Strong team management and cross‑functional collaboration
• No travel restrictions; male candidates must have completed military service

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the procurement strategy aligned with budget and project objectives
• Plan and manage procurement of materials, equipment, subcontractors, and services for energy/construction projects
• Conduct supplier search, evaluation, tender collection, comparison, and negotiation
• Coordinate contracts and orders with legal, finance, and project teams
• Establish framework agreements to ensure cost advantages and supply continuity
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and price
• Meet site and project team needs promptly and accurately
• Report procurement budget, cost reports, and savings indicators to management
• Manage and develop the procurement team and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, ethical rules, and legislation
