Job summary

Gülermak Heavy Industries Construction Contracting Co inc in Ankara is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities for international projects from the Head Office. You will coordinate purchasing to align with project requirements, budget, and schedule, and manage supplier research and contract follow-ups.

The role requires a Civil Engineering background, 10+ years in industry with at least 4 years in procurement, experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP or Oracle, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional experience; at least 4 years in procurement.
• Experience in metro, railway, tunnel or similar projects is preferred.
• Experience with IFS or similar ERP systems (SAP, Oracle etc.).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• No restriction to travel abroad.
• Team-oriented, result-driven in a dynamic multinational project environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing procurement processes for international projects from the Head Office.
• Coordinating purchasing activities in line with project requirements, budget and schedule.
• Conducting supplier research, evaluation, negotiation and contract follow-up processes.
• Following up procurement, logistics and delivery processes when required.
• Preparing procurement reports and supporting management decision-making processes.
