Job summary

TÜV SÜD Türkiye is seeking a Renewables Leader to drive the Renewables & Energy Transformation business area. You will lead both operational and commercial activities, shaping strategy and delivering projects in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires building customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, coordinating proposals, and leading the Renewables team. Strong leadership, project management, stakeholder management and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in renewable energy and/or energy-related services, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in project management, customer management, and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and commercial activities of the Renewables business area.
• Develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, tenders, and project activities from technical and commercial perspectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the Renewables team, including resource planning and competence development.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, costs, and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, quality, HSE, and company requirements.
• Collaborate with global teams to support growth and develop new services.

• Collaborate with global teams to s upport business growth and develop new services.

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in renewable energy and/or energy-related services, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in project management, customer management, and business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.
