Job summary

MARTUR FOMPAK International is seeking a Cost Analyst for Bursa to lead project-based cost and profitability analyses within a global manufacturing environment. You will assess RFQs and engineering changes for cost impact, validate inputs, and help develop competitive quotations for customers and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, has 5+ years in standard costing and reporting, and demonstrates strong Excel skills and English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in standard costing, quotation, and reporting within manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling).
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project-based cost and profitability analyses.
• Analyze RFQs and engineering change requests in terms of cost impact.
• Validate and integrate cost inputs received from relevant departments into analyses.
• Develop accurate and competitive pricing for customers and internal stakeholders during quotation processes.
• Report prepared analyses to management and contribute to decision-making processes.
• Ensure approved quotations are communicated as targets to relevant departments.
• Ensure accuracy of cost analyses by aligning with technical data (BOM, 3D data, etc.).
• Manage data tracking, documentation, and reporting activities throughout the process.
