Martur Fompak International is seeking an Assembly Process & Customer Quality Specialist on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on monitoring and implementing customer quality requirements across assemblies and product lines.

You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes, support audit activities, and drive continuous quality improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of automotive quality experience.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with quality and problem-solving tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor customer-specific quality requirements and support their effective implementation.
• Follow customer quality expectations and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer quality indicators and prepare regular reports.
• Support the investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the effective use of quality and problem-solving tools.
• Assist in planning and coordinating customer audits and visits.
• Follow up on audit findings and related action plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Engineering and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
• Contribute to quality and process improvement projects.
• Support the development and implementation of actions aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on agreed actions and support their timely completion.
