Job summary

Enocta in Turkey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape our Talent Intelligence Suite, lead AI-enabled features, and drive product strategy.

You will work directly with the Head of Product, collaborate across engineering, design, data, and AI teams, and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product management, SaaS/EdTech/HRTech.
• Hands-on AI feature experience.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, with sprint planning and backlog management.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Proven PM with market validation and growth through discovery.
• Strong data-driven decision making.
• Deep user research experience.
• Growth-focused with data-driven scalable decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering on requirements.
