About the role

We are looking for a high-agency product builder to join our product team.

This is not a classic PM role where success means writing requirements, managing tickets, and coordinating an SDLC. We are looking for someone who can operate much closer to the work: understand user and business problems deeply, use AI tools aggressively, prototype quickly, work fluently with engineers and data, and push ideas from ambiguity to shipped product.

You may be a former founder, an engineer who moved toward product, a generalist builder, or a new-generation product person who is already using AI-native workflows every day.

What you’ll do

• You will identify high-impact opportunities across Hesapkurdu’s consumer and partner journeys, turn ambiguous problems into clear product bets, and ship improvements that move real business metrics.
• You will work across product, engineering, marketing, operations, data, and bank partnerships — but you will be expected to create momentum yourself, not wait for perfect alignment or detailed instructions.
• You will use AI tools to move faster: researching, prototyping, analyzing funnels, drafting experiments, stress-testing ideas, and improving internal workflows.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Has unusually high ownership and bias to action.
• Can go from problem discovery to prototype to shipped iteration.
• Understands product, technology, data, and business.
• Is comfortable working with engineers at a technical level and can reason through trade-offs.
• Uses AI tools as part of their default workflow, not as a side experiment.
• Has good understanding of the Turkish banking products and the landscape.
• Is curious about financial products, consumer behavior, marketplaces, conversion funnels, and digital distribution.
• Does not need a large team or a formal process to make progress.

Strong signals

• You have founded or built something yourself.
• You have shipped side projects, internal tools, automations, or prototypes.
• You have worked as an engineer, technical PM, growth PM, product analyst, or founder.
• You have fintech or banking experience.
• You are already experimenting with new AI tools and agentic workflows.
