• Coordinate across distributed organisation, represent requirements to global teams, resolve blockers.
• Communicate with clarity at all levels, write crisp product plans, prepare leadership reviews, keep stakeholders informed.

DESCRIPTION

Amazon Türkiye is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Türkiye product and technology roadmap and lead a team of AI and BI Engineers. This role is the day-to-day product owner for Türkiye's technology roadmap, responsible for tracking and driving delivery across TR's product domains, owning TR‑specific compliance requirements, and directly managing a team building AI-powered tools that improve operational efficiency. The role works closely with MENA Tech, host and central product teams, FLAT, and IES to ensure TR priorities are visible, well‑sequenced, and delivered. This is a hands‑on role that combines product ownership with people management. The right candidate is equally comfortable writing a product requirements document, running a portfolio review, and coaching an engineer through a delivery challenge.

Key job responsibilities

• Drive the Türkiye product and technology roadmap Maintain end‑to‑end visibility of what is being built across all Türkiye product domains, drive delivery against commitments, and surface gaps and risks early to leadership.
• Own TR‑specific compliance delivery Partner with Public Policy, Legal, Tax, and Accounting teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear product asks, sequence delivery across teams, and track progress through to resolution.
• Identify and close parity gaps Assess where Türkiye lags developed stores or local competitors, quantify the customer and business impact, and build the case for Türkiye‑specific solutions with central team support.
• Define the AI/BI tooling roadmap Set the product roadmap for Türkiye's internal AI‑powered tools, establish clear priorities, and work with the AI and BI engineering team to deliver measurable improvements in operational efficiency.
• Coordinate across a distributed organisation Represent Türkiye requirements to central product and engineering counterparts globally; resolve cross‑team blockers; and maintain alignment on shared priorities and dependencies.
• Communicate with clarity at all levels Write crisp product plans, prepare leadership reviews, and keep stakeholders informed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions
• Experience representing stakeholder requirements in cross‑functional prioritisation
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning and delivering a product or technology roadmap

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with Turkish market dynamics or the local e‑commerce landscape and Fluency in Turkish
• Experience in e‑commerce, marketplace, or retail technology environments
• Experience working with Legal, Public Policy, Tax, or Accounting teams on compliance requirements
