Job summary

AppNation in Istanbul (Fatih) seeks a Mid/Senior Product Manager to shape AI-powered mobile products used by millions worldwide. You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to define direction, deliver impactful features, and drive product growth through data-backed decisions.

You will own end-to-end lifecycle, mentor peers, and help scale products in a fast-paced, AI-first environment with competitive compensation and relocation support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior).
• Data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and scaling mobile products; AI products and monetization experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, turning insights into clear priorities and roadmaps.
• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration.
• Drive product growth through data analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Develop monetization strategies to improve key business metrics, including ARPU, LTV, and revenue.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and support other Product Managers, helping raise the product bar across the team.
