Job summary

BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. is seeking a Product Manager to own the order journey for its new e-commerce platform, overseeing checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, delivery and returns.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics partners to deliver a reliable end‑to‑end process. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in product management for e‑commerce or logistics, strong analytical skills, and experience with integrations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in e-commerce, marketplace, logistics or payments companies.
• Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, delivery, payment or returns systems.
• Experience in at least one integration with a warehouse / 3PL, cargo carrier, payment provider or ERP.
• Ability to translate the needs of operations, customer service and finance teams into clear product requirements and system rules.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data (dashboards, basic SQL) and with defining operating metrics.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication skills, able to work with engineers, operations teams and external partners.
• Active use of AI tools in daily product work: drafting requirements, analyzing data, building quick prototypes.
• Good command of English (written and verbal); fluent Turkish.

Responsibilities

• You will be the Product Manager for the order journey: checkout, payment, order management, fulfillment, delivery and returns
• Gather and prioritize requirements from operations, customer service, finance and logistics partners
• Define how an order behaves in every case, including split shipments, partial cancellations, failed deliveries and refunds
• Lead the product side of integrations with the warehouse / 3PL, cargo carriers, payment provider and e-invoice / ERP systems
• Work with engineering teams to build and manage the roadmap for order management and the internal tools used by operations and customer service
• Track operating metrics such as on-time delivery, cancellation rate and time to refund, and use them to prioritize
• Use AI tools as part of daily work to write specs and test scenarios, analyze data and prototype ideas before engineering starts
