Job summary

BİM Birleşik Mağazalar A.Ş. in Turkey is seeking a DevOps / SRE Engineer to own and evolve cloud infrastructure, deployment, and reliability practices for the e-commerce platform.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to design infrastructure as code, implement scalable CI/CD pipelines, and enhance observability while ensuring security and cost efficiency across multi-environment deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE/infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience with modern services.
• Strong automation and IaC capabilities with Terraform or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure as code across environments.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines for microservices deployments.
• Operate and scale container platforms and deployment strategies.
• Design observability stacks: metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, alerts.
• Define and test disaster recovery against RTO/RPO targets.
• Secure cloud networks, manage secrets and encryption practices.
• Handle data/messaging infrastructure backups, replication, upgrades.
• Lead incident response, on-call, post-mortems, and SLO improvements.
• Champion AI-assisted automation within daily workflows.
• Control cloud costs and collaborate with backend teams on deployment models.
