Job summary

Enocta in Turkey is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape our Talent Intelligence Suite, lead AI-enabled features, and drive product strategy.

You will work directly with the Head of Product, collaborate across engineering, design, data, and AI teams, and own end-to-end delivery in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This role offers growth, ownership, and the chance to influence learning and talent development at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in product management, SaaS/EdTech/HRTech.

Your Role as Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Product and play a key role in shaping our product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will be a core member of the product team, leading critical initiatives and driving features that power our Talent Intelligence Suite and strategic transformation. You will also leverage AI to make corporate development more personalized, data-driven, and engaging.

What You’ll Be Doing:

AI-Enabled Features: Lead the development of AI-driven capabilities that enhance skills-oriented learning and talent experiences, making them more intelligent, adaptive, and impactful in close collaboration with our AI team.

Product Roadmap Contribution: Work closely with the Head of Product and fellow PMs to define, align, and execute a cross-platform roadmap, keeping our Talent Intelligence Platform ahead of market needs.

Delivery & Execution Leadership: Own the sprints and end-to-end delivery of high-impact initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality feature releases with a strong skills-first approach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, data, and AI teams to deliver scalable, user-centered, and enterprise-grade product solutions.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage market research, user insights, and product analytics to shape strategic decisions, optimize performance, and unlock sustainable growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic, innovative thinker who’s passionate about technology and eager to make a tangible impact. You should thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and excel at cross-functional collaboration.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or HRTech.
• AI Product Experience: Hands-on experience with AI-driven features and a deep understanding of AI's role in enhancing user experience.
• Agile Expertise: Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience running sprints, managing backlogs, and leading product iterations.
• Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to develop high-level product strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
• Product-Market Fit Expertise: Proven ability to validate strong market needs, drive user adoption, retention, and achieve scalable product growth through continuous discovery, experimentation, and iteration.
• Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in leveraging product metrics, A/B testing, and user data for informed decision-making.
• User-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of user research, with the ability to create intuitive and impactful product experiences.
• Growth-Oriented Focus: Proven track record of identifying high-impact opportunities that drive product adoption and engagement, and making data-driven, scalable decisions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to articulate product strategies, inspire teams, and align stakeholders.
• Technical Collaboration: Familiarity with technical concepts and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to define requirements.

• Enterprise B2B Product Experience: Experience building, scaling, or optimizing enterprise-level B2B SaaS or HRTech platforms.
• Product Launch & Go-to-Market Experience: Proven success in launching products or major features from discovery to market adoption.
