Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Product based in Turkey to lead the product function end-to-end for a fast-growing, AI-native B2B SaaS company. You will shape strategy, define the roadmap, mentor a PM team, and partner with CTO/founders to drive revenue and adoption.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer signals into prioritized product initiatives, balancing quick wins with long-term vision.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• At least 4 years leading and developing a PM team.
• Proven launches with measurable business results (pipeline, retention, revenue).
• Experience with integrations, workflows, or enterprise platforms.
• Strong customer-centric approach using research & market evidence.
• Technical fluency, APIs and webhooks understanding.
• Experience with product analytics and tracking events.
• Proficient in ClickUp, Jira or comparable tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Portuguese preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across integrations, lifecycle and core platform.
• Define and execute strategy with CTO and founders, aligning to revenue goals.
• Lead and develop the PM team and establish product practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define requirements and releases.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Design, Sales and Customer Success.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, competitive analysis, and market research.
• Define and monitor product KPIs including adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Establish sprint planning, release management and product execution processes.
• Stay hands-on when needed to unblock teams and guide delivery.
• Use data to continually improve priorities and outcomes.
