Job summary

Cressoft is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, deliver, and operate a modern self-service Kubernetes-based PaaS platform. You will enable hundreds of developers across multiple teams, ensuring a fast, secure, and reliable service used by millions weekly.

This is a hands-on senior role with architectural influence, remote work for Türkiye residents, and a 6-month contract with high extension potential. You’ll drive reliability, governance, and platform best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) in a PaaS capacity.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm, Istio and GitHub Actions/GitOps.
• Strong ability to design, build, and operate scalable platform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, development, and operation of a large-scale Kubernetes-based PaaS.
• Define and deliver the technical roadmap with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Build and operate platform capabilities at scale; ensure reliability, observability, and security.
• Participate in out-of-hours support when required.
