Job summary

NGAMING in Turkey is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to design, build, and operate scalable cloud platforms across multiple environments. You will drive automation, reliability, and performance for a rapidly expanding digital entertainment and iGaming group.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms (EKS), and observability, collaborating with development teams to optimize memory usage, scalability, and security. A strong AWS and Terraform background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience in production environments.
• Strong AWS expertise with EKS, MSK, RDS, ElastiCache, Transit Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch and Kubernetes multi-cluster management.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD, GitOps workflows, and mono-repo strategies.
• Terraform/Terragrunt IaC experience; cost optimization and capacity planning a plus.
• Observability tools: VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Fluent Bit, New Relic.
• Scripting in Bash and Python; Go is a plus.
• Managed databases: MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL; message brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ.
• Nice to have: Cloudflare, Disaster Recovery, .NET diagnostics, security tooling, Service Mesh, Cilium.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain multi-environment Kubernetes platforms (EKS) with GitOps (ArgoCD).
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 400+ microservices across mono-repo and multi-repo structures.
• Manage observability infrastructure: VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, Alerting.
• Implement and operate Disaster Recovery solutions across AWS regions.
• Automate operational tasks and participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and post-mortem processes.
• Collaborate with development teams on application performance (connection pools, memory leaks, caching strategies).
• Manage cloud networking (Transit Gateway, Cloud NGFW, VPN, DNS) and maintain infrastructure security posture (WAF rules, secrets management, certificate rotation, Kyverno).
• Operate stateful workloads on Kubernetes: MongoDB (Percona Operator), RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch.
• Drive cost optimization and capacity planning initiatives across infrastructure.
