Job summary

Hepsiburada is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to join the team in Turkey. You will operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters, build robust CI/CD pipelines with GitLab and Argo CD, and implement infrastructure as code with Ansible and Terraform.

You will manage Linux systems, network components, and extensive monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/OpenSearch stacks. The role requires strong scripting in Bash/Python/Go, exposure to cloud environments, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or IT Infrastructure roles in production environments.
• Hands-on production experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
• Expertise with Git and CI/CD platforms (GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD).
• Experience with observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch/Victoria Metrics.
• Operational knowledge of Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Load balancer (Nginx, HAProxy, Citrix) and distributed systems.
• Scripting or programming skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Preferred knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters with cluster administration, Helm charts, networking/ingress, HPA/auto-scaling and operators.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD & Argo CD): secure releases, automated rollbacks and deployment workflows.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform); configuration automation and secrets management.
• Perform Linux systems administration (RHEL/Ubuntu/Oracle Linux) and manage core networking components.
• Implement observability practices: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch/Victoria Metrics; monitoring, alerting, dashboarding and on-call participation.
• Manage containers and OCI images: Docker image hardening, vulnerability scanning and security best practices.
• Design and maintain high availability, load balancing and disaster recovery solutions.
• Operate and optimize distributed systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, Load balancer (Nginx, HAProxy, Citrix).
