Job summary

Talentics is seeking a backend-focused software engineer to develop and maintain our applications, improve performance, and ensure reliability across platforms.

You will work with REST APIs, microservices, and automation (Cypress), collaborate in an agile team across time zones, and apply a strong design sense and technical English.

Based in Istanbul Fatih, on-site collaboration is expected, with opportunities to shape scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• A keen eye for design is a must.
• NodeJS knowledge is a big plus.
• Experience in REST / stateless API design and microservices architectural style.
• Writing automation with Cypress is a big plus.
• Functional programming knowledge is a plus.
• Being an agile minded team player, having good communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical English proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain our existing applications
• Automate production testing
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and software issues
• Update, track and resolve technical issues
• Suggest architecture improvements, recommend process improvements
