Job summary

Rencons Heavy Industries is seeking a Piping Installation Section Chief to join our large-scale project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. The role requires hands-on piping installation experience and strong cross-disciplinary coordination on industrial construction sites.

You will lead site teams, plan work, ensure compliance with specifications, manage materials, and oversee testing and handover. Fluency in English and Russian (preferred) and readiness for long-term assignments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in piping installation.
• Proven team management and leadership of site teams.
• Advanced English (and Russian preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise piping installation works.
• Coordinate between disciplines and plan work.
• Plan and schedule work and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with specs and quality requirements.
• Manage materials planning and inventory.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
