Job summary

Rencons Heavy Industries is seeking a Piping Installation Section Chief to join our large-scale project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. The role requires hands-on piping installation experience and strong cross-disciplinary coordination on industrial construction sites.

You will lead site teams, plan work, ensure compliance with specifications, manage materials, and oversee testing and handover. Fluency in English and Russian (preferred) and readiness for long-term assignments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in piping installation.
• Proven team management and leadership of site teams.
• Advanced English (and Russian preferred).

About the Position

We are seeking a Piping Installation Section Chief to join our large-scale industrial project in the Ust Luga Region of Russia. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in piping installation and cross‑disciplinary coordination within industrial construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution and supervision of piping installation Works,
• Ensuring coordination and communication between different disciplines,
• Work planning and scheduling,
• Monitoring work progress and performance,
• Supervising piping installation activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, project standards, and quality requirements,
• Material planning, inventory control, and material management,
• Monitoring testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field of engineering,
• Minimum 6 years of experience in piping installation,
• Proven experience in team management and the ability to lead and coordinate site teams effectively,
• Analytical thinker with a high level of experience and a dynamic approach.
• Advanced level of English and/or preferably Russian,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad,
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment,
• Willingness to work on long‑term international assignments.
