Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking an experienced Piping Works Chief to lead daily piping construction activities on a large-scale industrial EPC project in Türkiye. The role requires 10+ years in piping construction, with a strong background in erection, welding, hydrotesting, and turnover, plus the ability to manage 400–600 site personnel and coordinate with subcontractors.

Excellent English communication is essential to work with multinational teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of piping construction experience.
• Experience in petrochemical, refinery, energy, or similar industrial projects.
• Strong background in piping erection, welding, and field construction activities.
• Proven experience managing 400-600 site personnel.
• Capable of leading foremen, supervisors, and field engineers.
• Experienced in daily planning, subcontractor coordination, and site productivity management.
• Good English communication skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
• Able to perform effectively in fast-paced and demanding site environments.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to HSE, quality, and project objectives.
• Previous experience as a Piping Works Chief on large EPC, petrochemical, or refinery projects.
• Familiarity with piping erection, welding, hydrotesting, mechanical completion, and turnover activities.
