Job summary

Lalamove in Türkiye is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and sustainable growth across paid channels. This hands-on role requires a data-driven mindset and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to scale app marketing and acquisition efforts.

You will own end-to-end campaigns, optimize funnels, and partner with agencies and influencers to expand reach. Fluency in English is required and a fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in app marketing and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs).
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of SEM, PPC, remarketing, conversion optimisation and digital marketing funnels.
• Experience using AI tools to improve campaign performance, reporting and automation.
• Experience managing agencies and external partners.
• Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, content marketing and A/B testing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting and turning insights into actions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets while achieving KPIs such as Leads, Customer Acquisition, CPL and CPA.
• Analyse campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and make data‑driven decisions.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Continuously optimise campaigns through performance monitoring, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Explore new acquisition channels, marketing opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Build customer‑focused acquisition journeys and improve conversion performance.
• Manage influencer agencies and UGC/KOL campaigns aligned with acquisition objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, product and cross‑functional teams to deliver effective campaigns.
• Take ownership of projects while contributing to a full‑funnel marketing approach across paid media, SEO, content and CRM.
