Qualifications

• Master’s degree in sustainability or related field; PhD preferred.
• 2+ years in project management, sustainability, or higher education administration.

• Ability to work across disciplines with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to design, implement, evaluate multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage flagship KUOS programs and long-term sustainability projects.
• Coordinate sustainability-focused educational and training initiatives across academic and administrative units.
• Oversee data collection, performance monitoring, and preparation of institutional sustainability reports.
• Support the implementation and tracking of university-wide sustainability and gender equality commitments.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and visibility.
• Develop communication tools such as newsletters, reports, and digital content to promote KUOS initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and funding proposals for sustainability projects.
