Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end order fulfillment, coordinating with customers, warehousing, and logistics to deliver a seamless experience. You will serve as the primary contact for order inquiries and ensure accurate entry in the ERP system.

The role requires 5+ years in order management or logistics, ERP experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and Excel proficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter, validate, and process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Review orders for accuracy of product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
• Manage the complete order lifecycle from entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipment.
• Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and special requests promptly.
• Track shipment status and follow up on delays or outstanding deliveries.
• Communicate order updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and procedures.
