Job summary

Gizli is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to monitor open purchase orders, record delivery status from suppliers, and identify orders at risk of delay. You will coordinate across technical teams, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth operation and timely communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Eng, Management Eng, Logistics, or Business Admin.
• Min 5 years in supply chain ops, process tracking, and optimization.
• End-to-end PO to goods receipt, incl. production, transit, and customs milestones.
• Proven bottleneck analysis and value stream mapping.
• Advanced MS Excel and SAP ERP knowledge.
• Strong reporting skills with clear supply chain KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse.
• Fluent English in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Periodically monitor and follow up on open purchase orders.
• Record updated delivery status information from suppliers.
• Identify orders at risk of delay and take action.
• Coordinate among technical teams, suppliers, logistics, and procurement.
• Monitor shipment processes of critical materials.
• Ensure shipping documents and logistics info are shared with stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic reports on open orders and delays.
• Anticipate delays that may impact operations and inform teams accordingly.
• Communicate with suppliers to expedite deliveries when necessary.
