Mode.Inc is hiring a Senior Monetization Manager to optimize subscription monetization and revenue yield across our portfolio of mobile apps, with emphasis on iOS and Android paywall strategies and strong programmatic ad monetization experience.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on experimentation, vendor management (RevenueCat, Superwall), and AI-powered analysis to maximize ARPU, LTV and retention while balancing ad revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in subscription monetization or pricing strategy.
• Experience with paywall experimentation.
• Experience with iOS and Android monetization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own subscription monetization and pricing strategy across the app portfolio.
• Design, launch, and iterate on paywall experiments to maximize conversion and LTV.
• Manage subscriber lifecycle programs including churn reduction and win-back initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day subscription tooling and vendor relationships (RevenueCat, Superwall).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and experimentation across monetization workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to prioritize pricing/paywall opportunities.
• Act as internal expert on monetization mechanics and trends across mobile apps.
