Job summary

Lalamove Turkey is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive growth in Istanbul. You will lead end-to-end campaigns, craft compelling brand stories, and manage lifecycle messaging to boost activation and retention.

The role involves collaborating with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to execute multi-channel strategies across digital and offline channels. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multi-channel marketing, strong Turkish and English proficiency, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multi-channel digital and offline marketing.
• Native Turkish and fluent English (written & spoken).
• Experience in content, copywriting, and campaign management.
• Familiar with CMS platforms (HubSpot) and analytics tools.
• Ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
• Experience guiding junior team members or interns.

• Plan and execute end-to-end retention, recruitment, and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Craft brand stories, blog posts, and marketing copy that resonate with local users.
• Build lifecycle messaging including email workflows, push notifications, and in-app prompts to boost activation and retention.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to execute platform strategies and maintain content schedules.
• Mentor and supervise a Marketing Intern, guiding creative output and development.
• Structure content for SEO and AI search to improve discoverability.
• Track metrics, segment audiences, and run A/B tests to maximize conversions.

We are currently looking for a talented and driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our team in Istanbul. As a key member of the Lalamove Turkey marketing team, you will contribute to all aspects of marketing, including awareness creation, customer acquisition, growth, and retention. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing excellence in the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute end-to-end user retention, driver recruitment, and growth campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Content & Storytelling: Craft compelling brand stories, blog posts, and marketing copy that resonate with local users and drive brand affinity.
• AppComm & Email Marketing: Build and deploy lifecycle messaging - including email workflows, push notifications, and in-app popups to boost activation and retention.
• Social Media Collaboration: Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to execute platform strategies (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), maintain content schedules, and protect brand voice consistency.
• Intern Mentorship & Supervision: Direct, mentor, and oversee a Marketing Intern, delegating daily execution tasks, guiding creative output, and supporting their professional development.
• GEO & Modern SEO: Structure web and editorial content for both traditional SEO and emerging AI search engines (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews).
• Optimization & Analytics: Track performance metrics across channels, manage audience segmentation, and run A/B tests on copy and creatives to maximize conversions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in multi-channel digital and offline marketing, with strong hands-on experience in content, copywriting, and campaign management.
• Language: Native Turkish and fluent English (written & spoken).
• Core Skills:
  • Copywriting & brand storytelling across social, web, email, and app channels.
  • Setting up push notifications, in-app messages, and email marketing workflows.
  • Solid understanding of social media channels, community management, and brand voice alignment.
  • Emerging leadership and task-delegation skills to guide and support junior team members/interns.
  • Familiarity with modern search practices (SEO & GEO / AI search).
• Tools & Market Knowledge: Experience with CMS (HubSpot), Web/App Analytics (Google Analytics), and CRM/AppComm tools. Deep understanding of the Turkish market and consumer trends.
• Project Management Mindset: Manage each task like a project, prepping, executing and delivering results and learnings.
