Job summary

Bitaksi is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to own Bitaksi's visual identity and drive creative execution across all channels. You will work hands-on, partnering with the Fractional CMO and General Manager, shaping brand outcomes and maintaining consistency across touchpoints.

You will lead motion graphics, video content, and design systems while staying ahead of trends and leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation and production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in visual design, brand identity, and digital marketing.
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects).
• Familiarity with motion design and AI-powered creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Bitaksi's visual identity across all channels.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, CRM, and Business teams to translate goals into creatives.
• Direct external agencies and freelancers to ensure on-brand, high-quality output.
• Define creative briefs, provide feedback, and maintain quality control.
• Lead motion graphics and video production to support acquisition and engagement.
• Maintain design systems, brand guidelines, and creative workflows.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer who combines strong creative judgment with a hands-on execution mindset.

As our Senior Creative Designer, you will be the ultimate owner of Bitaksi’s visual identity and creative execution. This is a high-impact, fully hands-on role designed for a seasoned creative who thrives on autonomy.

You will work directly with our Fractional CMO and collaborate closely with our General Manager, partnering with internal stakeholders to transform business objectives into compelling creative solutions. You will also be responsible for guiding external creative partners, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring a high standard of creative excellence across every touchpoint.

What you’ll do:

• Own, define, protect and continuously evolve Bitaksi's visual identity across all channels. You will act as the ultimate quality filter, ensuring every single design asset is flawless, on-brand, and visually stunning before it goes live.
• Partner closely with Product, Growth, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Business teams to translate business goals into effective creative solutions.
• Direct and coordinate external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and content creators to ensure consistent creative quality and timely delivery.
• Define creative briefs, provide feedback, and maintain strong quality control throughout the creative process.
• Drive the production of motion graphics, video content, and rich media creatives that support acquisition, engagement, and brand-building objectives.
• Maintain and improve design systems, brand guidelines, and creative workflows.
• Explore and leverage emerging AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, production, and experimentation.
• Stay informed about design, technology, cultural, and social media trends, bringing fresh perspectives into the brand.

To join us as a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll need:

• University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in visual design, brand identity, and digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced tech startup or agile digital environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital, campaign, and marketing design work.
• Mastery in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects). Figma and Sketch is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion design, video production, and content creation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies to optimize, accelerate, and scale creative processes/ideation.
• Proven track record of managing creative agencies, curating sharp briefs, and steering external production teams effectively
  A keen eye for global social media trends, digital marketing dynamics, and emerging visual cultures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with a proactive mindset.
