The role emphasizes experimentation, SQL analytics, and translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with experimentation and statistical analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Knowledge of marketing metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS.
• Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design logic to allocate budgets across products and traffic sources.
• Develop Early LTV metrics and models to support intra-week decisions.
• Build analytics frameworks for diagnostics across products, channels, campaigns.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics tool initiatives for performance analysis.
• Support the unified BI layer through metric definition and validation.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules and recommendations.
