Job summary

EverAI Limited is hiring a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take CRM to a new level. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging and promotions, reporting to the Co-founder & CMO.

You will shape journeys, run bold tests, and drive measurable revenue growth at scale. In a fully remote, globally distributed team, you will collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to build a best-in-class CRM playbook and accelerate

Qualifications

• Track record of driving CRM-led revenue growth with measurable numbers.
• Experience in high-volume B2C or subscription models and CRM impact on revenue.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments and quantify results.
• Strong ownership, fast decision-making and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, and post-purchase journeys to convert and retain.
• Increase token purchases, retention, and lifetime value via segmentation and timing.
• Run experiments, measure outcomes, and scale winning ideas.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and Creative to improve tooling and reporting.
