Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Technology Support Senior Analyst in Istanbul to support users in an elevated desktop environment. You will resolve complex OS, application, and hardware issues and contribute to large-scale IT initiatives with care and empathy.

You will install, configure, and maintain hardware/software, manage tickets, document resolutions, and provide guidance on security best practices. Excellent communication and multi-tasking are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and Office 365 applications; understanding of AD/GP and user account management.
• Good network fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops and printers.
• Experience with iOS/Android devices and MDM; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support users in elevated desktop support role, resolving complex OS, app, and hardware issues.
• Maintain and document tickets, deploy devices, migrations, and perform software/hardware upgrades.
• Adhere to security policies and ensure compliant configurations across devices and apps.
