Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer based in Turkey for a fully remote position. The role focuses on supporting users across Microsoft 365 and business systems, managing access and system records, and contributing to system improvements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT experience, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a proactive mindset to drive practical tech and process enhancements while collaborating with internal users and external providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and access issues.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to users across Microsoft 365 and core systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Coordinate complex issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing info, and system documentation.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and open issues.
• Assist with new system implementations, updates, and workflow changes.
• Test system changes to identify issues before affecting users.
• Identify recurring problems and opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge resources.
