SITA is hiring a Senior Technical Administrator to join the on-site support team at Istanbul Airport. You will ensure availability of critical airport technology, administrate Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware, SAN, and backup environments, and manage incidents from start to finish.

This full-time, on-site role operates Monday–Friday with a rotating on-call schedule. Strong client-facing skills and ITIL familiarity are required to meet SLAs and drive service quality.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in network, infrastructure, or systems support.
• Degree in CS, EEE, IT or related discipline.
• Experience supporting external customers with SLA adherence.
• Strong Windows Server core services expertise.
• Hands-on SQL Server administration (setup, backup, restore, monitoring).
• VMware administration across hosts and datastores.
• Experience with SAN storage, SAN switches, backup, DR.
• Familiarity with ITIL and service-management principles.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor Windows Server environments and services.
• Manage SQL Server installation, backup, restore, and perf monitoring.
• Oversee VMware hosts, VMs, and datastores for stable operations.
• Monitor SAN storage and switches and related infrastructure.
• Operate backup and DR solutions and perform restores/testing.
• Own incidents end-to-end and coordinate with customers per SLAs.
• Support external customers and communicate updates clearly.
• Maintain operational documentation and drive continuous improvements.
• Work on-site at Istanbul Airport with rotating on-call.
