Job summary

SITA is hiring a Senior Technical Administrator to join the on-site support team at Istanbul Airport. You will maintain availability of business-critical airport technology, manage Windows Server, SQL Server, VMware, storage, and backup environments, and own incidents through resolution.

The role is full-time with on-site work Monday to Friday and rotating on-call; collaboration with customers and stakeholders is essential to deliver services in line with SLAs and ITIL principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in network, infrastructure or systems support.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and support Windows Server environments (AD, IIS, DNS, DHCP).
• Administer SQL Server environments (installation, backup, restore, performance).
• Manage VMware hosts, VMs, datastores for stable operations.
• Monitor SAN storage and SAN switches.
• Operate backup and disaster-recovery solutions and tests.
• Troubleshoot incidents with end-to-end ownership and timely follow-up.
• Support external customers and meet SLAs and ITIL processes.
• Communicate updates clearly to customers and stakeholders.
