Job summary

MediaMarkt Turkey is seeking a senior business analyst to analyze and enhance retail processes across stores, CRM, campaigns, e-commerce, logistics and finance. You will support software projects using Agile/Scrum, conduct functional testing, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.

In this role, you will monitor retail tech trends, prepare BRD and user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven improvements that boost customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, or Business Administration or related fields.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or software development projects.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or FMCG sectors preferred.
• SQL knowledge and data analysis ability.
• Proficiency with UML, BPMN, user stories, workflows, BRD.
• Knowledge of API integrations, CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, team player and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve retail business processes (store ops, CRM, campaigns, e-commerce, logistics, financials).
• Contribute to software development projects following Agile/Scrum.
• Conduct functional testing and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Monitor trends (omnichannel, AI-powered CX, self-checkout) and adapt to processes.
• Report project status, risks, and changes regularly.
• Prepare BRD, user stories, and process flows with high quality.
• Gather and analyze requirements for customer experience, sales, logistics and stores.
• Organize stakeholder meetings to align requirements and expectations.
• Assist roadmapping and manage stakeholder relations.
• Bridge development, testing, and design teams for integrations and digitalization.
