Job summary

Pandora is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support reporting and analytics across our Point of Sale and Unified Commerce transformation journey. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for store colleagues and retail leaders.

Working with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and stakeholders, you will define dashboards, lead UAT, and help drive adoption through training and communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering reporting, analytics, BI, or data-driven solutions.
• Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including testing and UAT.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions across business and tech teams.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities as part of Pandora's Point of Sale and Unified Commerce transformation journey.

This role will play a key part in translating business needs into reporting and analytical solutions that enable store colleagues and retail leaders to make informed decisions. The Business Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, developed, tested, and successfully adopted by end users.

Working as part of a broader Unified Commerce program, the individual will collaborate with global stakeholders, including Retail Excellence, Sales & Channels, and Colleague, Workforce & Learning teams, to understand business processes, identify reporting needs, and ensure data is transformed into actionable insights.

Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and validate reporting and analytics requirements.

Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.

Work closely with Product Management and Engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Support data and reporting design discussions, ensuring business requirements are accurately reflected in reporting outputs.

Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder alignment activities.

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and solution validation activities.

Drive business readiness activities, including documentation, training support, communications, and go-live preparation.

Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout delivery.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering reporting, analytics, BI, or data-driven solutions.

Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and functional documentation.

Experience supporting end-to-end delivery, including testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.

Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions across business and technology teams.

Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.

Preferred Experience

• Retail industry experience.
• Point of Sale (POS) implementation or reporting experience.
• Experience working with large-scale transformation or Unified Commerce programmes.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting platforms such as Power BI, Azure data environments, or similar BI ecosystems.
• Experience supporting store operations, retail performance reporting, or colleague-facing digital products.
