Responsibilities

Coordinate requirements and deliverables with software development teams, business units, and stakeholders.
Identify business requirements and translate into technical instructions with system constraints in mind.
Document requirements through user stories, mock-ups, flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
Design and coordinate user acceptance tests, manage system testing processes.
Support cross-functional projects and align with IT standards and methodologies.
Implement and maintain IT governance standards and end-to-end processes.
Prepare and update all project documentation, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
