The role requires 5+ years in business analysis, strong SDLC and Scrum knowledge, and experience with API tools, CRM/ERP systems, and SQL. English communication is essential in this team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, preferably IT/software.
• Strong SDLC, Agile and Scrum knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between business, development teams and vendors.
• Lead requirements gathering and document functional specs and user stories.
• Analyze processes, define scope, rules, and system needs.
• Support planning by assessing needs, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional testing and UAT activities.
• Collaborate during SDLC with QA and development teams, and assist issue resolution.
• Mentor colleagues and keep stakeholders informed about risks and progress.
