You will be the sole HR expert for the Turkish entity, collaborating with HQ and regional teams, driving process improvements, and supporting growth in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Turkish labor law is required.
• Experience as HR Generalist in Turkey is required.
• Fluent in Turkish and English; Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full HR lifecycle in Turkey, including recruitment, onboarding, and exits.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish labor law and adapt global policies.
• Maintain contracts and personnel files with accuracy.
• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and recruit effectively.
• Organize training, engagement, and development aligned with HQ.
• Serve as the first HR contact across the business and collaborate with HQ.
• Drive HR process improvements to support growth.
