Job summary

EverAI Limited is seeking a hands-on User Acquisition Specialist who reports to the Chief Marketing Officer to own the end-to-end paid acquisition process. You will manage daily campaigns, optimize spend, and contribute to rapid growth from 40M to 100M users across a fully remote, globally distributed team.

You will work closely with Product and Content teams to test, iterate, and improve landing pages and conversion rates while analyzing performance data to guide creative and funnel

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of performance marketing or user acquisition experience.
• Understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative briefs.
• Ability to quickly learn new software, dashboards, and tools.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily management of core paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
• Ensure tracking and data insights to build scalable funnels.
• Prepare new ad concepts, organize assets, and run audience tests.
