Job summary

GGM Gastro Türkiye in Istanbul is seeking an English-speaking Google Ads Specialist to lead SEA, Display, and YouTube campaigns for Turkish clients. You will manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and YouTube, including feed-based advertising and Performance Max initiatives.

You will collaborate with CRO and GTM/ABM teams, analyze data, forecast budgets, and deliver regular client updates while working with an internationally oriented team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SEA/digital advertising experience.
• C1 level of English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience in B2B and/or lead generation.
• Broad knowledge of SEA, Display, Video, and automation processes.
• Experience with Google Ads / Editor, GA4, Channable, SA360, adCore, Trueclicks, Microsoft Ads.
• Knowledge of feed management, AI-driven bidding, and conversion tracking.
• Experience in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus.

GGM Gastro is an internationally leading company in the field of commercial kitchen technology, headquartered in Germany. In order to strengthen our digital marketing activities in Turkey and deliver high-performance advertising solutions to our clients, we are looking for a highly motivated English Speaking Google Ads Specialist / SEA Specialist to join our dynamic team in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated advertising strategies focused on SEA, Display (GDN), and YouTube.

Daily Tasks

• Monitor campaigns daily, optimize performance, and run tests (A/B testing, creatives, bidding strategies).
• Work with tools such as Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Channable, Tag Manager, adCore, Trueclicks, Microsoft Ads, etc.
• Work closely with GTM specialists to ensure accurate tracking and conversion measurement setups.
• Prepare regular performance reports and updates (client communication is handled by Team NL).
• Work in alignment with targets, deadlines, and billable hour requirements.

Requirements

• +2 years of experience in SEA / Digital Advertising.
• C1 Level of English is mandatory.
