Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• 6–7 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Global procurement and international supplier management experience.
• Fluent in English; Turkish language skills are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies for raw materials, equipment, and components aligned with production requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers globally, ensuring cost optimization and quality standards.
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure procurement aligns with manufacturing needs.
• Analyze market trends and commodity prices to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Support capacity planning and supply chain continuity initiatives.
• Coordinate with international operations on procurement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.
