Job summary

Zeren Group is seeking a Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience to oversee corporate services, facility management, and non-technical categories across the group. You will execute central procurement activities and manage supplier relations to optimize costs and ensure compliance.

You will conduct market research, prepare RFQs, and lead supplier audits while supporting budget planning and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic group environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in detailed price analysis and supplier evaluation
• Proven procurement experience in contracts, e-tendering and category management
• Professional fluency in English with strong communication skills
• SAP MM proficiency and core computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong numeracy, reporting, and deadline discipline
• Male candidates to have completed military service

Responsibilities

• Execute central procurement activities across all group companies
• Manage assigned procurement categories and prepare reports
• Conduct market research and CBD cost breakdowns
• Identify new suppliers to optimize costs and terms
• Prepare RFQs and select supplier candidates using TCO
• Monitor contracts and ensure compliance with terms
• Coordinate end-to-end purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing
• Plan supplier audits and support cost-reduction projects
• Support sampling for new products or modifications
• Update procedures and drive digital transformation projects
