Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Strategic Buying Professional to lead sourcing contracts and supplier management for indirect materials. You will drive negotiations, manage supplier performance, and align with internal customers to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires 4–7 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP/ERP systems. English fluency and AI-enabled data analysis are valued. This is a on-site opportunity in Turkey.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conclude sourcing contracts on favorable terms while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Implement commodity strategies for long-term cost efficiency of indirect materials.
• Execute supplier management processes (qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification).
• Negotiate to achieve highest feasible savings.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure early involvement and care.
