Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management.
• 6–7 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Global procurement and international supplier management experience.
• Fluent in English; Turkish language skills are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in managing strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and procurement processes for our global manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to production environments, international supply chain management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies for raw materials, equipment, and components aligned with production requirements
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers globally, ensuring cost optimization and quality standards
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance monitoring across multiple locations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 6-7 years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with global procurement and international supplier management
• Strong knowledge of production processes and material requirements
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal); Turkish language skills are a plus
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
