HUMAN KAPİTAL İnsan Kaynakları ve Danışmanlık Hiz.Ltd. seeks an Import Operations Specialist to join its Istanbul-based team and manage end-to-end import activities for a corporate client.

The role requires 5+ years in import operations, SAP MM proficiency, and strong English skills. You will coordinate with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations.
• Good knowledge of import, customs, and foreign trade processes.
• SAP MM proficiency.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong planning, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage import operations from order placement through final delivery.
• Coordinate shipment, customs clearance, bonded warehouse, and delivery processes.
• Follow up on import documentation and related operational requirements.
• Coordinate with international suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
• Manage relevant operational transactions through SAP MM.
• Follow up on delays and operational issues and coordinate necessary solutions.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure import operations are completed on time and in compliance with applicable regulations.
