Kalyon Construction Group is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join the Finance Team at its headquarters. The role covers daily banking, financial reporting, budget and cash flow management, and liaison with banks and suppliers.

The candidate should have 5+ years in finance, 3+ years in financial operations, SAP and advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and presentation abilities, and English proficiency. Turkish working hours and stress-resilient mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of economics and administrative sciences faculties of universities.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance, banking operations, and cash flow management.
• Preferably SAP user and advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to cope with stress and adapt to flexible working hours.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills.
• Successful in work and time management.
• Proficient in English.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
• Male candidates must have completed their military service.

• Execution of daily banking and financial transactions.
• Preparation of financial reports and financial statements.
• Monitoring of invoicing and collection processes.
• Control of checks, promissory notes, cash, and cash register transactions.
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and cash flow statements for companies and projects.
• Executing supplier payment processes; creating weekly/monthly payment plans.
• Checking bank statements and related transactions.
• Following changes in financial legislation.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
