Job summary

Inteltek Finance is seeking a Financial Budgeting, Reporting & Controlling Specialist to drive annual operating plans and monthly financial statements in IFRS. Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university.
• Proficiency in English.
• 2+ years audit experience and at least 2 years in a similar finance role (multinational preferred).
• Experience IFRS, CMB reporting and consolidation.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• ERP experience (SAP is a plus).
• Hyperion knowledge is an asset.
• Team oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, organized and self-motivated with result orientation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Company's Annual Operating Plan and budgeted financial statements yearly and monthly per IFRS.
• Prepare board presentations and financial/operational analyses.
• Produce monthly/quarterly stand-alone and consolidated IFRS/CMB reports and notes.
• Monitor budgeting processes and compare with actual results.
• Participate in month-end close and controls.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial statements.
• Manage relations with external auditors.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting processes and systems.
• Follow IFRS developments and Group Accounting Policies.

As a part of our Finance team, we are seeking for a FinancialBudgeting &Reporting&Controlling Specialist who will be responsible for:

• Preparing of Company's Annual Operating Plan and budgeted financial statements on yearly and monthly basis in accordance with IFRS,
• Prepare board presentations, financial and operational analysis related activities,
• Preparing of monthly/quarterly stand alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in IFRS and CMB,
• Executing controlon Company's budgeting processes and compare with actuals,
• Participating month-end control process,
• Perform analytical review of financial statements,
• Managing the relations with external auditors,
• Participating in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting processes and systems,
• Follow up developmentson IFRS and Group Accounting Policies.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance from a reputable university
• Proficiency in English,
• 2 or more years audit company experience is mandatory and also minimum 2 years experience in similar position in Finance Department (preferably in a multinational company),
• Experienced on IFRS and CMB reporting and consolidation,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experienced on usage of ERP (SAP will be an asset)
• Good knowledge of Hyperion is an asset,
• Technical knowledge of accounting,
• Teamwork oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills,
