Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day communication with banks and financial institutions
• Follow up on export proceeds acceptance documents (IBKB) and export commitment processes with banks
• Manage the payment and banking processes of overseas companies
• Support the preparation of weekly payment lists
• Carry out EFT, wire transfers, import payments and foreign currency transfers through banks
• Record and monitor daily bank, loan and cheque transactions in the accounting system
• Contribute to the preparation of cash flow reports
• Ensure trial balance checks of financial records for month-end closing
• Analyze and improve finance processes, and support ERP and system development projects

• Conducting day-to-day communication with banks and financial institutions
• Following up on export proceeds acceptance documents (IBKB) and export commitment processes with banks
• Managing the payment and banking processes of our overseas companies
• Supporting the preparation of weekly payment lists
• Carrying out EFT, wire transfers, import payments and free foreign currency transfers through banks
• Recording and monitoring daily bank, loan and cheque transactions in the accounting system
• Contributing to the preparation of cash flow reports
• Ensuring trial balance checks of financial records are completed as part of month-end closing processes
• Analyzing and improving finance processes, and supporting ERP and system development projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience; candidates with a banking background followed by experience in the private sector will be given priority
