Job summary

Adecco, a private employment agency licensed in Turkey, seeks a Finance Specialist to support manufacturing client operations in Turkey. You will prepare reports, analyze performance, and assist budgeting to improve financial processes and controls.

You will coordinate with the local accounting team and overseas finance management, drive reporting improvements, and deliver accurate insights in English. Strong Excel and Logo ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Proven ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (Logo, Tiger, Netsis).
Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1-C2).

Responsibilities

Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
Conduct income and expense analyses and monitor financial performance.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial operations.
Liaise between Turkish accounting and overseas finance management teams.
Develop and improve financial reporting processes.
Analyze ERP data and present findings to management.
Support internal and external audit processes.
