ING Hubs Türkiye, a global financial services leader, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Consumer Lending data-driven products. You’ll own the lifecycle of analytics-enabled lending solutions, partnering with Analytics, Engineering, Credit Risk, and business functions to identify opportunities, define strategy, and deliver innovative outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Data Science, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, MIS, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
• Experience delivering data, analytics, or AI-driven products.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Lean, Design Thinking, and experimentation methodologies.
• Experience working with analytical teams and translating insights into product decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and cross-functional teamwork.
• Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into structured product opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and customer needs.
• Use experimentation and data-driven decision-making to validate product ideas.
